Our Practice list for REGISTRATIONS is currently open, we have a female GP and one male GP. Please click on the link NEW PATIENTS above to register.

If you require help or advice when we are closed, please still ring the surgery number and you will be transferred to our Out of hours provider who will help you get the correct treatment or advice. You can also dial 111 or attend the Urgent Care Centre (prev known as Walk in Centre) on London Road.

REMEMBER A&E is not for minor ailments but for EMERGENCIES ONLY.

Please come along to the reception with your medical card or alternatively ask to register and you will be given registration forms to fill out.  Forms can also be downloaded from the above "Registering Online" tab.

All patients over the age of 16 will be offered a “new patient health check” with one of our practice nurses.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Practice Area

The doctors will normally only accept patients on their list who live within the Meadows area.  Please inform the receptionists if you move house, or if you change your name or telephone number.

We cover up to and including residents that live in the Hicking Building on Queen Street (but not the city centre) and then all of the Meadows area.
