16:00 – 20:00 Monday – Friday 09:00 – 13:00 Saturday & Sunday
This will not be a walk-in service. Appointments are required and will be bookable through the reception team at your own GP practice from March onwards.
Information Sharing agreement (MIG)
The practice has enabled software to share your GP medical record with urgent care services. This means that if you need urgent care treatment (A&E, Out of hours GP, Walk-in centre) the clinician treating you will ask for your consent for them view your GP medical record; if you do not wish them to view your GP medical record you can decline access.
The type of information shared is restricted and includes a summary of current problems, current medication, allergies, recent tests, diagnosis, procedures, investigations, risks and warnings – all this information is currently held in your GP system record.
Named & Accountable GP
All patients at Dr Jadoon, Dr Mir's Practice have a named, accountable GP who is responsible for patients’ overall care at the practice. Your named GP has been allocated to you by the practice. If you have a repeat prescription you can find the name of your allocated GP at the bottom of this. If you do not have a repeat prescription and you wish to know who your allocated GP is, please contact the practice. Please note - You can still talk to or make appointments to see any of our doctors or nurses, not just your named GP. If you have a preference to a particular GP other than the one allocated at registration, please talk to one of our receptionists who will pass your request over to the Practice Manager for re-allocation. All new registrations will be informed at registration of their accountable and named GP.
